A. 
The following park rules are established:
(1) 
Hours. The park opens at 7:00 a.m. The park closes at 10:00 p.m.
(2) 
Firearms. Carrying or discharge of firearms is prohibited.
(3) 
Preservation of property. Destruction or defacing of park property is prohibited.
(4) 
Traffic and parking:
(a) 
The speed limit is 15 miles per hour.
(b) 
Commercial vehicles in excess of two tons are prohibited.
(5) 
Fires. Fire shall be allowed only in grills and shall be extinguished upon leaving the site.
(6) 
Garbage and refuse.
(a) 
Garbage shall be disposed of in containers provided in the park.
(b) 
Littering and dumping are prohibited.
(7) 
Dogs. Dogs must be licensed and kept on a leash of no more than eight feet at all times.
(8) 
Gambling. Gambling is prohibited.
(9) 
Horses and riders. Horses and horseback riding are prohibited.
(10) 
Alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
(11) 
Glass beverage containers. Glass beverage containers are prohibited.
(12) 
Disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct is prohibited.
(13) 
Noise and music. Unreasonably loud noise or music is prohibited.
(14) 
Tennis courts.

(a) 
Courts will be used for tennis only. Other play is prohibited.
(b) 
Tennis sneakers are required.
(c) 
Singles court time is one hour.
(d) 
Doubles court time is 1 1/2 hours.
(e) 
Doubles is encouraged when courts are full.
(f) 
Substitution is prohibited for singles and doubles play.
(g) 
Keep outside of courts when not playing.
(h) 
Sportsmanlike conduct is required.
B. 
The rules and regulations will be posted in the Town Park and a copy will be filed with the Town Clerk.

Violation of any of the foregoing shall constitute a violation, and a person guilty of such a violation shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
