From and after the effective date of this section, all property
owners of residential, commercial, or industrial properties in the
Borough shall display the Jefferson County street number or address
of such residential, commercial, or industrial property in a conspicuous
and prominent place which shall be visible from the street directly
in front of said property.
Any owner who violates any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction, pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300
and/or up to 30 days in jail. Every day that a violation exists shall
be considered a separate offense.
