[At the Special Town Meeting held on December 3, 2002, under
Articles 5 and 18, it was voted to accept the renumbering and recaptioning
of the General Bylaws (Article 5) and Protective Bylaw (Article 18)
of the Town of Harvard as set forth as Part I and Part II of this
Code. Articles 5 and 18 were approved by the Attorney General on January
28, 2003.]
