A Sewer Utility is hereby established which will encompass the operation, maintenance and improvement of the sanitary sewer system and sewer works located in the Township of Livingston.

All revenue existing of user fees, connection fees and permit fees shall be deposited in the Sewer Utility.
All expenses for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the sanitary sewer system and sewer works shall be allocated directly to the Sewer Utility.
