§ 48-1 Confirmation of applicability; repeal of prior standards. A. The Village of Saddle Rock hereby confirms that the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code of the State of New York shall be applicable in the Village.B. The Building Code of the Village of Saddle Rock, as heretofore adopted and amended, is hereby repealed.
