No person in the City shall:
A. Willfully, maliciously, wantonly, negligently, or otherwise injure,
deface, destroy, or remove real property or any improvements thereto,
or moveable or personal property, either publicly or privately owned.
B. Tamper with, injure, deface, destroy, or remove any sign, notice,
marker, fire alarm box, fire hydrant, topographical survey monument,
or any other personal/public property erected or placed by the City.
A. In a summary or other proceeding of a criminal nature against a minor
child, where the minor child is adjudicated guilty by a court of competent
jurisdiction of violating this chapter, the court shall ascertain
the amount sufficient to fully reimburse any person who has suffered
injury to, or defacing, destruction or removal of, personal or real
property because of the tortious act of the minor child and direct
the parents to make payment to such person.
B. If the parents fail to comply with the direction of the court, the
amount may be recovered in a civil action against the parents or either
of them.
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to Chapter
3-399, Penalty, of these Codified Ordinances.
