[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Greenwood Lake 3-31-1981 by L.L. No. 1-1981. Amendments noted where applicable.)
The entire sections of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, §§ 185 through 195-n, inclusive,[1] shall govern the restrictions, regulations and all other aspects of the operation and conduct of games of chance within the Village of Greenwood Lake if the said local law is adopted.[2]

Editor's Note: "Said Local Law" refers to this L.L. No. 1-1981, which was approved by a majority of the qualified voters at a referendum held 3-17-1981.

In addition to the hours provided for by the General Municipal Law, games of chance shall be permitted on the first day of the week, commonly known as "Sunday," between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight, subject to all the requirements otherwise provided by law or regulation.
