The Sullivan County Legislature hereby authorizes, in accordance
with § 1617-a of the Tax Law of the State of New York, the
conduct of video lottery gaming activities within the County of Sullivan,
State of New York, at any facility duly licensed for such purpose
by the New York State Division of the Lottery.
