The following schedule of sewer connection fees shall be and
the same are hereby fixed:
A. Single-family residential dwelling (either new or existing): $1,500.
B. Multifamily residential dwelling unit (either new or existing): $1,500
per dwelling unit.
C. All other uses shall be charged a connection fee in the following
manner: Such uses shall be charged a connection fee based upon sewage
flows generated by the use as calculated in accordance with the standards
set forth by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
Such connection fees shall be established as the product of the base
single-family residential connection fee and the ratio of the calculated
customer flow (gallons per day) divided by the base residential flow
of 300 gallons per day. This ratio shall be rounded out to the nearest
tenth. The formula translates as follows:

Sewer user charges shall be as follows:
A. Residential.
(1)Â Residential dwelling with kitchen facilities shall include:

Multiple-family dwelling (each unit).

Mobile home (does not include transient or campgrounds).
(2)Â There shall be a minimum sewer rental charge of $636 per year per
residential dwelling with kitchen facilities.

(3)Â Residential dwelling without kitchen facilities shall include for
each unit:

residential dwelling without kitchen facilities.

B. Churches, fraternal organizations, service organizations, public
buildings and schools.
(1)Â There shall be a minimum sewer rental of $680 per year, per unit.
A unit is defined as consuming 75,000 gallons of water per year. Each
separate establishment shall, in the minimum, equal one unit. In the
event that the water consumption exceeds the aforesaid 75,000 gallons
per year (or 18,750 gallons per quarter), the minimum charge shall
be $9.07 per 1,000 gallons of water consumed in excess of the aforesaid
amount.

(2)Â Each user shall be required to install, in accordance with the regulations
of the Water Utility, a water meter to record the volume of flow of
water consumed by said user. Said meter shall be installed at a place
which shall provide easy access for reading the meter by the Sewer
Utility. In the event that the user fails to install said meter, or
refuses to allow the Sewer Utility to read the meter, then the Sewer
Utility shall estimate the volume of water consumed by each user.
C. Commercial: all uses not covered as set forth above, with the exception
of industrial uses.
