The area hitherto established off Thomas Road as the municipal landfill shall be considered as the township landfill as the phrase is used in this chapter.
All persons, firms or corporations and their agents whose residences or places of doing business are within the corporate limits of the township shall be privileged to use the facilities of the township landfill for the depositing or dumping of trash and garbage and the like originating in the township. No person, firm or corporation other than those above designated shall enter into or upon the township landfill or use the township landfill for any purpose whatsoever, and no refuse except refuse originating in the township shall be placed in the township landfill, and it shall be unlawful to deposit any tires, petroleum products, animal carcasses, motor vehicles or parts of motor vehicles or any similar material in the township landfill.
All persons, firms and corporations and their agents having the right to use the facilities of the township landfill as in this chapter provided shall abide by and conform to all the regulations herein provided and to all instructions, regulations or orders established or hereafter established by the Township Committee for the operation of said township landfill and to all signs and notices posted at the township landfill by order of the Township Committee, particularly the signs which designate the days and hours that said landfill is open to the public and where dumping operations are permitted or prohibited in any particular area or site within the township landfill, when such signs are posted by order of the Township Committee.
No person, firm or corporation or its agents having the right to use the township landfill as in this chapter provided shall be permitted to enter upon or use the township landfill for dumping operations except during the hours specified by notice posted at the entrance to said township landfill.
No person, firm or corporation or its agents shall, except by permission of the Township Committee, remove any article or object which has been deposited or dumped and left at the township dump.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, as the Judge shall deem fit.
