A.Â
The municipality or its assignee shall inspect all
phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management
facilities. The municipality has 10 days from the date of notification
to inspect each phase of construction unless agreed to in writing
by the applicant.
B.Â
During any stage of the work, if the municipality
determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are
not being installed in accordance with the approved drainage plan,
the municipality shall revoke any existing permits until a revised
drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this part.
Revoking a permit shall be executed only after reasonable notice,
including specific violation(s) and 20 days to correct deficiencies.
C.Â
By filing an application or plan under this part or
under the applicable subdivision and land development ordinance of
the Township, the developer is providing authorization to the municipality
for its agents and employees to enter onto the property of the developer,
to make all necessary inspections as may be required, in the discretion
of the municipality and/or its agents and employees, as may be relevant
to the plan and/or subdivision/land development ordinances.
