The Borough of Palmyra Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual that was effective as of April 21, 2014, as further revised, that is attached hereto as Exhibit A[2] is hereby adopted and ratified.

Editor's Note: This ordinance, in repealing Ord. No. 2011-28, indicated that the Non-Uniformed Employees Handbook would be replaced with a Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, along with a Supervisory Supplement to be adopted by resolution.

The Borough Administrator is hereby directed to report to the governing body no less than annually any recommendations for revisions to the aforesaid employment manual.
The terms and conditions set forth in the Employee Handbook only apply to non-police personnel employed by the Borough.
