Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the Governing
Body of the Borough of Westwood finds it in the interest of the public
safety to accept the applications of the property owners of the locations
hereinafter particularly described requesting that motor vehicle statutes,
as specified in N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, be made applicable to their properties.
The applications are herein attached and henceforth made part of this
chapter.[1] The locations, described as "block" and "lot" numbers,
as known and described on the current Official Assessment Map of the
Borough of Westwood, are as follows:
