The locations described in Schedule VI,[1] attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby
designated as loading zones, and no person shall park a vehicle within
such locations during the hours specified therein, except on Sundays
and legal holidays or as otherwise stated, for any purpose other than
loading or unloading.
