No person shall clean or repair any automobile or motor vehicle or part thereof on any street or other public place, except in case of emergency.

No person shall park or permit any automobile or motor vehicle to stand for the purpose of sale on any street or public place.

A.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not succeeding 90 days, or both
B.
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
