Village of Ravena, NY Article VI Shutoff and Turn-on Charges

§ 113-23 Charge for shutting off water. [1]

Whenever it proves necessary to shut off the village water supply to a user thereof, a charge will be made to such user of $5 plus any cost or expense incurred by the Village of Ravena in making such shutoff.

§ 113-24 Charge for turning on water. [1]

For every request to turn on said village water to a user, a charge to such user shall be made of $5 plus any cost or expense incurred by the Village of Ravena in turning on said water and upon the further condition that all arrearage or overdue water bills be paid in full.
