Editor's Note: This chapter received the affirmative
vote of a majority of the qualified electors voting thereon at the
general election held on 11-8-1983.
Pursuant to the authority granted to every New York State municipality
by Article 9-A of the New York General Municipal Law, the conduct
of games of chance, as defined by the General Municipal Law and subject
to the regulations and restrictions placed upon the conduct of such
games of chance by §§ 185 through 195, inclusive, of
the New York General Municipal Law, is hereby permitted within the
boundaries of the Village of North Collins.
Pursuant to § 195 of the General Municipal Law, games
of chance are permitted on Sundays.
