The Delanco Township Committee finds that the County of Burlington has adopted regulations applicable to Burlington County Parks, including the parks located in the Township of Delanco. The Delanco Township Committee further finds that it is appropriate to adopt an ordinance providing for the enforcement of those regulations.

The regulations applicable to Burlington County Parks, as adopted by the County of Burlington, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,[1] are hereby adopted to be applicable to all parks of the County of Burlington located in the Township of Delanco.

Any person who shall violate the park regulations shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties set forth in § 1-14 of the Delanco Township Code.
