The Town adopts the provisions of RSA 162-J[1] so as to allow the Town to foster and encourage the development
of industrial facilities within its boundaries through a voluntary,
nonprofit corporation to be formed under the provisions of RSA 292:1-17,[2] alone or in concert with one or more other governmental
units, by acquiring, developing, expanding, leasing and disposing
of such facilities.

The Town establishes the Raymond Industrial Corporation, a voluntary,
nonprofit corporation to be formed under the provisions of RSA 292:1-17,[1] for the purpose of implementing RSA 162-J:8[2] by fostering and encouraging the development of industrial
facilities within the Town of Raymond; and upon the eventual dissolution
or liquidation of such corporation, all of its assets shall vest in
and be distributed to the Town to take action relative thereto.
