Water Department — See Ch. 90.
The Town instructs the Board of Selectmen to retain any and
all washed sand material at the Water Department site on Old Manchester
Road, said sand to be used solely for the purpose of any Town and
school district purposes, for any Town project or maintenance as needed.
Further, said washed sand will have a price of $0.50 per cubic yard
to be paid to the Water Department.
