These regulations have been adopted pursuant to the authority
granted by NH RSA 160-C:6, Local Option.
This permits the use of permissible fireworks by any person
in the Town of Raymond, NH, subject to the prohibition set forth herein.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Fireworks included in the permissible fireworks list established
pursuant to RSA 160-C:15, as well as the fireworks listed in RSA 160-C:1,
V.
No person shall display or discharge any type of permissible
firework in the Town of Raymond within 50 feet of the property line
of another person.
This chapter is enforceable by the Raymond Police Department.
Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall
be guilty of a violation and may be subject to the penalties as provided
under New Hampshire law, including but not limited to a fine not exceeding
$1,000. (See RSA 651:2.) A record of return of this action shall be
posted with the Town Clerk immediately upon its enactments.
