[Adopted 6-14-1977]
A person or corporation must acquire a permit from the Town
of Raymond.
A fee of $50 per year will be charged for each permit.
The year for issuance of said permits will run from the first
of July to the 30th of June.
Any load or partial load from any area other than the Town of
Raymond will be charged an additional $10 per load.
All loads will be filed with the disposal area manager with
information as to where the load originated.
Any violation will result in the loss of permit to use the Town
of Raymond sanitary landfill.
Temporary permits for one or more loads will be issued at the
rate of $10 per load.
This article becomes elective July 1, 1977.
