Trucking firms wishing to purchase water for trucking pool water
shall be required to complete an application identifying the owner
of the trucking firm, place of business, and providing the Town with
proof of adequate insurance.
Each application will be submitted with a nonrefundable yearly
application fee of $25 payable to the Town of Raymond Water Department.
Each load of water, which the applicant takes delivery of, shall
be charged at a rate of $0.50/100 gallons payable to the Town of Raymond
Water Department.
The Town reserves the right to limit the number of water haulers
to whatever number is determined by the Board of Selectmen to be in
the best interest of the Town of Raymond.
Preference shall be given to prior payment and hauling experience
with the Town and time of request.
The Town of Raymond reserves the right to curtail the sale of
trucked pool water for trucking for whatever reason the Board of Selectmen
determines to be in the best interest of the Town.
The Water Division reserves the right to determine which location
the water may be drawn from.
