Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 236-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

It shall be the responsibility of property owners to provide and install appropriate and approved signs for the no-standing areas of fire lanes on private property so designated by § 236-50 of this chapter, and said signs shall meet all specifications and requirements of the New York State Uniform Traffic Manual and shall have a high intensity grade reflective surface.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 236-40) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle on any portion of any highway within the corporate limits of the Village of Medina passing a school building from a point 300 feet away from the point of intersection of the building line of the school building and the center line of said highway to a point measured along the center line of said highway 300 feet away from the point of intersection of the opposite building line of said school building and the center line of said highway at a rate of speed in excess of 15 miles per hour during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This section shall not apply to ambulances, fire vehicles or police vehicles when on emergency trips.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 236-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 236-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 236-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 236-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 236-45), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in Schedule VIII (§ 236-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as indicated.
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§ 236-47), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.

A. 
A truck route system, upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are permitted to travel and operate, shall consist of the highways described in Schedule XXI (§ 236-59).
B. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby excluded from all highways within this Village, except for those highways described in Schedule XXI (§ 236-59), except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along a highway from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.

Trucks, mobile equipment and other vehicles with weight in excess of 12 tons are hereby excluded from the Glenwood Avenue Bridge, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive, tow or otherwise propel any truck, mobile equipment or other vehicle with a weight in excess of 12 tons onto or across the said Glenwood Avenue Bridge; provided, however, that this weight limit shall not apply to fire trucks or other like emergency vehicles responding to a fire or other emergency.
