Whenever a space is marked off on any highway for the parking of any individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked within the lines bounding such space.
A. 
Parking for all vehicles within the General Business District from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. shall be limited to two hours.

B. 
No operator or owner of a vehicle shall permit a vehicle without a valid current inspection or a current registration to be parked within the metered zone in the General Business District of the Borough.
C. 
No operator or owner of a vehicle shall conduct or permit any mechanical repair on a vehicle within the metered zone in the General Business District of the Borough except for the sole purpose of restoring said vehicle to an operating condition for removal from said metered zone.
It is hereby established as a special purposes parking zone, and no person shall park any vehicle or tractor or allow the same to remain parked in any such zone except for the purpose of loading and unloading.

A. 
No person shall park a vehicle with its left side to the curb.
B. 
No person shall park a vehicle at any place where official signs have been erected prohibiting parking.
C. 
No person shall park a vehicle within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
D. 
No person shall park a vehicle where yellow lines are painted on the curb- or roadside.
E. 
No person shall park a vehicle on a crosswalk.
F. 
No person shall park a vehicle on the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the curb or edge of the roadway, commonly known as "double-parking."
G. 
No person shall park a vehicle in front of a private driveway or alongside any street or highway excavation or obstruction nor opposite the same, unless a clear and unobstructed width of not less than 20 feet upon the main or traveled portion of said street or highway shall be left free for passage of other vehicles thereon.
H. 
No person shall park a vehicle upon a sidewalk.
I. 
No person shall park a vehicle further than 18 inches from the curb.
J. 
No person shall park a vehicle within 30 feet of a stop sign, yield sign or any other traffic control device, as set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.[1]

K. 
No person shall park a vehicle within a handicap space unless the vehicle displays the proper license or sticker.
A. 
Each police officer of this Borough shall report, by special traffic violation tickets numbered consecutively, the following information for each violation reported by him:
(1) 
The particular violation which he is reporting and the site where the violation occurred.
(2) 
The date and hour of each violation.
(3) 
The state and license number of the vehicle.
(4) 
Any other facts or knowledge which are necessary or desirable to a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending the violation.
B. 
Each police officer of the Borough shall place on every vehicle reported for violation of any of the provisions of this article a notice to the owner or operator thereof that the vehicle has been parked in violation of the provisions of this article and instructing such owner or operator of the penalties and the manner of paying such penalties.
A. 
Whoever violates §§ 134-11, 134-12, 134-13 and 134-14A, B and D through J shall be fined not more than $10 if paid within 48 hours.
B. 
Whoever violates § 134-14C and K shall be fined not more than $15 if paid within 48 hours.
C. 
If no specific penalty is provided in Subsection A or B above, see § 134-6 for general traffic code penalty.
D. 
Whoever fails to pay the fine prescribed shall be notified of the fine plus any additional costs. Upon failure to comply with notice, the owner shall be subject to the cost of prosecution.
