§ 193-1
Charges for costs. 

In all wage attachment proceedings instituted by the Tax Collector for the Borough of Duncannon, the Tax Collector shall be authorized to charge the sum of $10 as costs, which is established as a reasonable charge therefor.

Fee for returned checks. 

§ 193-3
Fee for certification of realty tax payment status. 

A. 

A fee as set by resolution of the Borough Council shall be assessed to the payor for any check made in payment of taxes when the check has not been honored by a bank and has been returned the Borough office or Tax Collector's office.

B. 

The initial return check fee shall be reset, from time to time, by resolution, in the event Borough determines a need to modify the initially established fee.

C. 

Fees concerning returned checks made in payment of taxes shall be deposited in the Tax Collector's general fund.

A. 

A service fee as set by resolution of the Borough Council for each certification shall be assessed to the person, firm, or corporation requesting a written tax certification from the Borough Tax Collector verifying the payment status of real estate taxes levied upon an owner of Borough realty.

B. 

A service fee shall be payable directly to the Duncannon Borough Tax Collector.

C. 

The initial service fee shall be reset, from time to time, by resolution, in the event the Borough determines a need to modify the fee as initially established.
