Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:69A-34.2, which provides
for the division of the municipality into wards and districts and
for the readjustment of ward boundary lines, and of N.J.S.A. 19:4-10
et seq., which provides for the readjustment of boundaries of election
districts to accommodate population changes, the Township of Clark
is hereby divided into four wards and 16 election districts, as designated
and delineated upon a certain map entitled "Township of Clark Ward
Map," which map is now and shall remain on file in the office of the
Township Clerk as a public record and which is adopted herein by reference
as if fully reproduced in this Code.
