A certificate of compliance shall be required to be issued prior
to the sale of any structure within the Township.
Prior to the issuance of any such certificate of compliance,
the Construction Code Official shall conduct an inspection of the
subject premises in order to ascertain compliance with this Code and
all ordinances of the Township, including zoning, construction, health
and the like. In the event there exists upon such premises any violation
of the Code or of any municipal ordinance or any hazardous or dangerous
conditions, as same are defined in the Uniform Construction Code, a certificate of compliance shall not be issued until
such violations have been corrected, and the Construction Code Official
has caused the same to be reinspected and found the premises to be
in compliance with the foregoing.
The fees to be charged in connection with the foregoing inspections are as set forth and stated in Chapter
122, §
122-2.
