City of Englewood, NJ Chapter 47 Marriages and Civil Ceremonies

§ 47-1 Fee. [1]

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:48-1, fees for performing marriage and civil union ceremonies are hereby set in the amount as set forth in Chapter 191, Fee Schedule.

§ 47-2 Disposition of funds.

Pursuant to said statute the fees must be deposited into the current fund as "Miscellaneous Revenue - Nonanticipated (MRNA)" and be made payable to the City of Englewood.

§ 47-3 Waiver of fee.

The Mayor may waive said fee or suggest that the parties may make a direct voluntary, contribution to a charitable organization of the parties' choice.
