Any police officer, the Code Enforcement Officer and the Ocean
County Department of Health are hereby authorized and directed to
enforce the provisions of this chapter and any implementing regulations
adopted hereunder. The Municipal Recycling Coordinator shall monitor
the recycling program for the adequacy of the collection and appropriateness
of the municipal recycling center and report to the Mayor and Council
on any inadequacies found.
A.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter
or any regulations adopted hereunder shall be subject to a fine of
no less than $100 and no more than $1,000, imprisonment not to exceed
90 days or community service of not more than 90 days, or any combination
of fine, imprisonment and community service.
B.
Each and every day in which a violation of any of the provisions
of this chapter exists shall constitute a separate offense.
