The official flag for the City shall be 52 inches by 66 inches
in dimension, in gold-color government superior banner-silk, with
the Seal of the City embroidered in natural color, mounted with gold-colored
silk bullion fringe on three sides.

(a) Identification. With the exception of the Mayor, Commissioner of
Public Safety, Police Chief, undercover police and detectives, all
City-owned cars and trucks shall display a City seal on each side.
(b) Use after working hours. City-owned cars and trucks shall be assigned
after working hours only with a written authorization slip from the
department head, in duplicate, stating the reasons and duties to be
performed after normal working hours. One copy of the authorization
slip shall be filed with the City Clerk for Common Council record,
and the other copy shall remain in the respective department.
(c) Use of City-owned vehicle outside the City and/or County of Oneida.
With the exception of City business, City emergency or a City investigation,
and/or by written authorization, no City-owned vehicle shall be operated
outside the City and/or the County of Oneida.

Information on all City property, through comprehensive inventory,
shall be forwarded to the Comptroller so a computer printout can be
made and kept for record. All information on inventory should show
the serial number, date and cost of purchase and, from the date of
purchase, any disposition, transfer from one department to another
or trade-in of the property. Additional newly purchased equipment
would be recorded on computer tape for updating, printing and recording
which would result in an up-to-date inventory.

Prior to the sale and delivery of any City-owned motor vehicle,
the department head responsible for such vehicle shall cause all decals,
stickers, or other markings which identify the vehicle as belonging
to the City to be permanently removed therefrom.
