(a)
The community action organization is established and designated as
the official advisory body for the purpose of carrying out the programs
set forth in the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.
(b)
The name of the commission is amended so it will be hereafter known
and referred to as the "Utica Community Action Commission."
(c)
The members of the Community Action Commission shall be appointed
by the Mayor.

The bylaws adopted by the executive committee of the Community
Action Commission are ratified.

The membership of the Community Action Commission as now established
shall be continued. The continued existence of the Commission shall
be pursuant to the bylaws unanimously adopted by the executive committee
of the Commission, and the Commission shall function pursuant to the
manner as permitted by law and pursuant to the bylaws unanimously
adopted by the executive committee of the Commission.
