(a) 
Required. A license is required for each coin-operated phonograph in use in the city.
(b) 
Fee. A license fee of $25 is imposed on each and every coin-operated phonograph.
(c) 
Issuance. The mayor may issue the licenses upon payment of the license fee as required in this section.
(d) 
Expiration date. All licenses shall expire on May 1 of each year.
(e) 
Tag, seal to be affixed. A coin-operated phonograph so licensed shall have a tag or seal affixed to the phonograph in a prominent place, such tag or seal to be issued by the mayor.
