Editor’s Note: Former Sections 6.041, Generally, 6.042,
Powers and duties, 6.043, Administrative personnel, 6.044, Fiscal
policy, and 6.045, Legal services, adopted as §§ 12-1 through
12-5, respectively, of the 1964 Charter laws, as amended, were repealed
4-18-2018 by L.L. No. 3-2018.

The City Engineer shall advise and counsel the Municipal Auditorium
Commission regarding public works including capital improvements undertaken
at the Memorial Auditorium in a similar manner as required by law
to do for other departments of the City.
