Editor's Note: Former Art. III, which pertained to fowl and was derived from the Code of 1964, §§ 5-14, 5-16, 5-17, 5-18(b) through (d) and (f) through (j), 5-19, and 5-31 through 5-34, was repealed 11-5-2008 by Ord. No. 163.

(a) 
No person shall have, or keep, or offer to sell any fowl within the City of Utica. "Fowl" includes any live chickens, geese, ducks, pigeons, or doves.
(b) 
Any permits previously issued shall be grandfathered until such time as the fowl are deceased and at that time said permits shall expire and no new permits shall be granted.
