1995 Code)]
It shall be unlawful to place or cause to be placed any steel-jawed
leg-hold animal traps in the limits of the City of DuBois, with the
exception of along the area of the banks and bed of Sandy Lick Creek
and its tributaries, where such traps may be placed in accordance
with the game laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$1,000 and costs or, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject
to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a
violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
