No person shall play golf on the Valley View Golf Course without paying the required maintenance or greens fees.

(a) 
There shall be in the City a pool pass system for the use of all City swimming pools during open swim hours. Any person wishing to use the City swimming pools during open swim hours must apply to the City Youth Bureau for a pool pass. No person shall use the City swimming pool during open swim hours without obtaining a pool pass.
(b) 
The following fees are established for the City swimming pools:
(1) 
Season pass for City residents: free.
(2) 
Replacement passes for City residents: $1.
(3) 
One-day pool pass for nonresident guest of City pool pass holders: $1.
(4) 
Season pool pass for nonresidents: $25.
(5) 
Learn to swim program for nonresidents: $15 per three-week session

Fees for use of tennis courts at Roscoe Conkling Park are as follows:

Tennis instruction—Youth Bureau instructors will provide scheduled group lessons free of charge for children of the City.
(d) 
Outside instructors must pay a five-dollar fee for use of the courts for every hour of resident pupils and $7 per hour for nonresident pupils.

The fee for participation in the City of Utica sponsored aerobics exercise program shall be $1 per person per session. The proceeds of such fee shall be used to offset the cost of operating the program. Any balance remaining after all program costs have been paid shall be paid into the capital improvements account created pursuant to Section 2-18-1 of this Code.

(a) 
The costs for using the band shell, if delivered within the City limits, shall be $500 for the first day, plus $75 for each additional day, plus a generator fuel fee of $50.
(b) 
The costs for using the band shell, if delivered outside of the City limits, shall be $750 for the first day, plus $75 for each additional day, plus a generator fuel fee of $50, plus a delivery fee.
(c) 
The delivery fee for the band shell outside of the City limits shall be determined by the Commissioner of Public Works. The Commissioner of Public Works shall prepare a schedule of the standard costs to be charged based on mileage, personnel and related costs, and file same with the City Clerk. These costs may be adjusted by the Commissioner from time to time to reflect changes in costs and unusual circumstances.
(d) 
The City of Utica is not responsible for additional fuel for generator. The renter is responsible for anything after first tank of fuel.
(e) 
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required at the time the application is submitted and will be deducted from the total costs for use of the band shell.
