(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motorcycle, moped, go-cart,
minibike or other motorized vehicle in the City parks and playgrounds
except on roadways and in parking areas designated by the Commissioner
of Parks and Recreation.
(b) In F.T. Proctor Park and T.R. Proctor Park, no person shall operate
a motor vehicle, motorcycle, moped, go-cart, minibike or other motorized
vehicle anywhere in the parks except in the parking area to be designated
by the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation. This restriction does
not apply to emergency vehicles.
(c) Parking of motor vehicles upon the lawns, and seeded and grassed
areas of the public parks is prohibited.
(d) Motor vehicles shall be parked only in areas designated for such
purpose by the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle within the limits of
the public parks at a rate of speed greater than 15 miles per hour.

All vehicles shall be operated within the park limits in accordance
with the traffic signs and road marks erected on and along the park
driveways.

No person shall overhaul, lubricate or change the oil on any
motor vehicle in any public park.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle or truck which is
used for the carriage of goods, merchandise or commercial articles
upon any park road.
