For each sewer connection to a house, an initial charge of $75
or such other charge as shall be fixed by the Common Council shall
be made, payable to the City.

An annual charge of $2.50 per thousand dollars of assessed valuation
of all property within the sewer district or such other charge as
shall be fixed by the Common Council shall be paid by the sewer district
to the City.

For
customers billed on a monthly basis, these rates shall be effective
with bills sent out on April 1, 2015, and thereafter. For customers
billed on a quarterly basis, these rates shall be effective with bills
sent out on June 1, 2015, and thereafter.
