The Borough of Green Tree shall continue to be a municipal corporation
under its present name, "Borough of Green Tree." As used in this Charter,
the word "Borough" shall mean the Borough of Green Tree in Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania.
The boundaries of the Borough shall be the actual boundaries
of the Borough at the time this Charter takes effect and as they may
be lawfully changed thereafter.
