In accordance with Article VIII, Section C-804(6), of the Green Tree Home Rule Charter, the Borough Manager is hereby designated as the Borough Secretary. The Assistant Borough Secretary, in the case of absence or disability of the Borough Secretary, as the same may be declared by Council in accordance with Article XII of the Administrative Code, shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary, with the exception of signing checks, as Council may specifically direct.
