A. 
Council hereby agrees to voluntarily join and become associated with the Allegheny County Health Department as a full and participating member therein.
B. 
The Borough Secretary is hereby directed to notify the Department, by letter, of the enactment of this section and to forward a true and correct copy of this section to the Department.
