The processing fee for a copy of an Incident Report from the
Police Department's Daily Log and/or a Pennsylvania State Accident
Report shall be as follows: $15 per incident, per copy, for all information
that is requested from the Police Department's Daily Log and/or
for a copy of a Pennsylvania State Accident Report.
