[Adopted 11-5-1990 (Sec. 260.05 of the 1982 Code)]
The Borough hereby establishes and adopts for its employees
the Allegheny League of Municipalities Deferred Compensation Plan,
attached to original Resolution No. 775, passed November 5, 1990,
as Exhibit A, to be effective November 5, 1990, and to remain in effect
until terminated by further resolution.
The Borough Council is duly authorized to execute a joinder
agreement, attached to original Resolution No. 775, passed November
5, 1990, as Exhibit B, for the participation of Borough of Green Tree
employees in the Allegheny League of Municipalities Deferred Compensation
Plan.
Prudential Asset Management Company (PAMCO) is hereby appointed
to administer the plan on behalf of the Borough of Green Tree and
is authorized to execute participation agreements necessary to implement
and administer the plan.
