§ 3-81 Establishment; membership. [1]

There is hereby created and established a Citizens Committee for Community Improvement, to consist of 37 members appointed by the Council. All appointments shall be for a term of four years. The members shall serve until their respective successors are appointed and qualify.

§ 3-82 Powers and duties.

The Citizens Committee for Community Improvement shall advise the Council and the Department of Community Development on matters concerning improvement and development in the Town, rehabilitation of housing and conservation of neighborhoods.
