Any person may apply to the Village Clerk for a permit for a
loading and unloading parking zone adjacent to any business establishment
within the Village of Sloan.
A.
Such permit, when issued, shall restrict parking within such business
zone for purposes of loading and unloading during business hours only,
any other ordinance notwithstanding.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave a vehicle standing
in any such duly authorized parking zone during business hours except
for the purpose of loading or unloading material at the business establishment
holding such permit.
The type, size and manner of erection of signs and fees for
issuance of permits and renewals thereof shall be determined by the
Board of Trustees.
Upon the issuance of a permit, the cost of installation of signs
shall be fixed by the Village Board and installed by the Sloan Department
of Public Works.
Penalties shall be in conformity to § 432-42, Penalties
for offenses.
