Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the areas described below are hereby designated as prohibited parking, handicapped parking, and stop intersections. Appropriate signs shall be installed by L2P2 Investments as directed by the Chief of Police or his or her designee.
A. 
Prohibited parking. No person shall park a vehicle except in areas as indicated on the sketch attached to and made a part of this chapter. Vehicles shall park between the painted lines.
B. 
Handicapped parking. No person shall park a vehicle in any area signed as handicapped parking spaces as indicated on the sketch attached to and made a part of this chapter. Vehicles shall park between the painted lines.
C. 
Stop intersection. The following described intersection is hereby designated as a stop intersection: Meadow Avenue and the southerly driveway of the Wharton Mall. A stop sign shall be installed on the southerly driveway of the Wharton Mall, as indicated on the sketch attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

A representative of the Overlook Village Homeowners Association has filed a written consent with the Borough of Wharton requesting that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at Overlook Village located in the County of Morris, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:
