In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-139, there is hereby created
and established the position of Municipal Attorney.
Compensation shall be in an annual salary and at an hourly rate
based on actual time and expenses as agreed on prior to the rendering
of services.
The term of the Municipal Attorney shall be for one year.
