An entity of any type that receives money from the Township
by way of donation or special tax, such as a fire company or rescue
squad.

No charitable donee shall make an expenditure on a single contract
except in strict accordance with the bidding procedures in 53 P.S.
§ 68102.

Should any charitable donee violate the terms of this Part,
the Township shall have the right to withhold an amount equal to the
unlawful expenditure from any future payments otherwise payable to
the charitable donee.
