There is hereby established a Department of Finance in the Township
of Liberty.
A.Â
The financial business of the Township of Liberty shall be committed
to said Department, which shall be headed and administered by the
Chief Financial Officer of the Township of Liberty.
C.Â
The Chief Financial Officer, in addition to serving as Director of
Finance, shall also serve as the Treasurer.
